INVITATION DESIGN
Timing will always vary depending on the season and size of each project. On average, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for invitation design / proof process and 3 - 4 weeks for printing/foiling and addressing. Our rule of thumb is to ensure you mail out Save the Dates 8 months to 1 year ahead, and invitations 3 - 4 months ahead. Please keep this in mind, especially for larger invitation suites.
PERSONALIZED VS CUSTOM DESIGNS
Personalized Designs starts with one of Jen Joyce Studio’s pre-made creations. I start with an existing design and change the necessary elements for you. Additional charges apply for combining multiple designs, or additional details or art. PRE-MADE DESIGNS + SAMPLES COMING SOON!
Custom Designs are a great option, especially if you have a specific look or vision you want to achieve. A design fee will be applied and is determined by what is needed in a suite, as well as quantity and style. If you require a printed suite, this will be added onto the final cost.

All prices are starting rates. Extra fees apply for suites of 50 or less, to cover materials and/or supplies. This fee is waived for larger orders.

REVISION FEES
Extra charges apply to remove and add, especially depending on the area, in order to reformat accordingly. The additional fees account for the extra time it takes, precision and extra labour required to make adjustments.
SEATING CHART LAYOUT OPTIONS
You can choose listing by Table Number or Alphabetical Order. Please email your guest list in EXCEL or WORD format. If you would like Alphabetical Order, please ensure you alphabetize prior to sending by last name. If you are sending your list by table numbers, please ensure you alphabetize by last name. I am happy to assist with formatting and alphabetizing if you are running short of time, for a flat rate fee of $25.00.

Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman show. I will be honest and upfront about deadlines I am able to and unable to meet. Fees are dependent on the scope of the project and may incur a fee between 25%-80% of the project’s total cost.
