PHOTO SESSION
BOOKING DEPOSIT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the session.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.
- In the event of illness, emergency, or severe weather, rescheduling will be accommodated when possible.
The deposit covers session preparations, administrative time, potential tool upgrades and reserving your date, and therefore is non- refundable.
ELOPEMENTS & SMALL WEDDINGS
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure your elopement date and being planning your session. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your elopement. Your deposit reserves your date and covers initial planning and consultations.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel:
- More than 30 days before your elopement: Remaining balance is fully refundable.
- 15-30 days before your elopement: 50% of remaining balance refunded.
- Less than 15 days out before your elopement: Remaining balance is non-refundable.
EMERGENCIES & COMPASSIONATE EXCEPTIONS
We recognize that serious illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
RESCHEDULING
If you would like to reschedule your elopment, we're happy to apply your deposit toward a future date within 12 months of your original booking, subject to availability.
